Dear Sir,
GTPL have provided me a broadband service and Mr. Deepak Khunt (Who is marketing executive from GTPL at bapunagar office) Promise and even told me that you will never ever get dissconnected with our internet service. I have purchase a plan and i paid round about 2700/- Rs. I got connection after 30 days (nearly) of paid the money to GTPL (through check).
However, that i forgive but when i am connecting to GTPL mostly at night time (as i am doing job in the day time) always its disconnected. Sometimes connected then its disconnected nearly 12 mid night. And i am calling to call center (Even they have not provided me any reachable call center No. I search myself and call them after suffered 15-20 days) they register complain and inform me that our engineer will come tomorrow each and every time. Never his engineer come at our home and not any solution for this issue.
Please help me for the same and save other also from GTPL Broadband.
I would like to tell you that never ever purchase GTPL and never ever do any financial terms with GTPL or GTPL guy (Mr. Deepak Khunt). He is from Bapunagar. GTPL is fraud and GTPL guys also fraud.
