This is regarding my photon plus account# 904334489 and device number 9243461837. I have some issues with the device and conenction, I have contacted Tataindicom to fix the problem. I have been calling Tataindicon customer care several time to fix the problem, but they are not responding. I am in USA and my wife is folowing up, but nothing happend. Infact I called from USA 10 times, but Jyothi from customer care took the call and diconnected my calls. I am not sure whom to escalate this. My device is under warrenty. Please help me to resolve this.
