Problem in broadband connection

I had fill up the form for broadband and paid the 1655 for 6 month before 23 days (24-06).

First I call to Anandbhai (9825628815) and He sent the sales person Ashishbhai (9909946858). I paid the amount and he said me with in 2 -5 days your internet connection will be started, then after i called again three time to ashishbhai and every time he said me after one day your internet will be stared, then after i call three times to Anandbhai and he said please give your name i will call you with in one hours but never he called me.

Please give me the solution above issue. if you have not possible then please give me refund.
