No Connectivity, worst Customer care

Since 30th Sep 2011 i.e. 20 days now there has been no Internet at home. Customer care number will never be picked up unless tried for 20 times a day. When picked up, you get only one answer 'your complaint has been taken, will get back' where as NO ONE EVER GETS BACK.

I have already paid for 4 months plan. The billing dept numbers and email id is a joke. No body is at other end to ever attend the call or email. They have no grievance number or email id to escalate the matter.

I don't know how to even reach these people to cut the connection. Don't know what it needs from me to start my internet back.
