Excess Bill Amount

Dear Sir,

I the undersigned using Reliance Communication Services, has received bill amounting more than Inr.4, 000/- for communication as well as Internet Usage for Mobile No. 9371802030. The complaint of the same is being register in nearest Reliance Web World and Customer Care.

Initially, we have received the bill amounting Inr.2, 200/- which includes communication usage of Inr.400/- and internet usage of the balance amount. I had never used any internet services, instead received the bill. After the complaint, the CRE accepted that there was some error and asked to pay the full amount of Inr.2200/- by the time and Inr.1800/- was to be adjusted in the next bill.

But, after a month, received Bill approximately Inr.4000/- without any usage of Internet Services.

If the above issue is not solved then we will stop using our existing Gold Numbers e.g. 9324802030 / 9372802030 / 9321802030 and will opt services of other Service Provider.
