REIMBURSEMENT OF SUBSCRIPTION FEES

REF.: Complaint no.5085789, Dt.20.12.2010 against Hathway Broadband Acc. No.621728.

We have been told by HATHWAY technicians that the data cable needs to be changed. This story also is OVER 30Days old now. Subsequently the MODEM was taken back by the HATHWAY technician from our residence.

We asked for probable dates of this fault being rectified or Refund of our money for the 4Month subsscription. No reply is forthcoming from HATHWAY.
