Hathway broadbend Internet service
Not providing support

I have an internet connection with Hathway broadband from last 3 years.

on 14th January morning 9:AM electric shock comes from LAN [Internet cable] and My Computer get fired in that shock. There is big sound of computer getting fired and my motherboard, usb chanels, LAN cable burn in this accident.

I complain them about this accident and ask for my hardware cost but they are not even listening my complain and not even respond from last 12 days
