Hi Sir/Madam

I am Rajesh dalal prepaid customer (9953086613) I spoke to your customer service executive with an enquiry regarding the Skype Software.. I spoke to the gentleman today at 7 p..m approx and he was really unhelpful. I asked him to xfr my call to your tech team but he refused to do so.

I want to make free international calls through skype software but he was unable to understand me what I am enquring abt and keep on saying that you cannot do that, One of my freind is using the same (vodafone) network, he can use the skype software to make calls hence I need the urgent reply from your what actions you wil taking against that advisor and about my complaint.
