Told me wrong information about schemes

Sir,

one day an employee (sanjay singh 9889201990) of airtel (alambagh office lucknow) came to my home, and he told me schemes about airtel broadband.he told me that for internet connection i need to give 1500rs, and if i dont need instrument phone then ihave to give only 1250.so i gave a checqe of 1250 to Sanjay.

but when my airtel bill came then it has a additional 250rs on bil.

sir i am feeling cheted from airtel.5 days gone airtel do nothing on my complaints.

Sanjay used abusive language agains me, when i ask this to him.
