This is regarding poor broadband service being provided by YOU TELECOM in Pune, Maharashtra. I have several times logged a complaint to the customer care department of YOU TELECOM for poor download speed but got no response ever. I am subscribing to YOU TELECOM's Unlimited 512 Kbps plan and as per TRAI regulations I should be getting atleast 64Kbps of download speed which has so far never happened. Even after making continous complaints there has been no response from YOU TELECOM.
It seems like these people are only there for filling their pockets and not providing any customer service at all. My connection was recently suspended as I was out of town and unable to renew it ontime thus I had to call up the customer care to get it re-activated. Within 1 hour of my logging a request for reactivating the services there was a collection agent at my door to take the payment but in the case of helping customer resolve the technical issues these people are not bothered.
I would appreciate if a genuine action can be taken against YOU TELECOM for not providing the services as they claim on their website and across the advertisements and for giving me all the mental harrasment till date.
