NET BANKING TRANSACTION

Hi,

I had use the net banking for payment of 900/- towards insurance institute of india, but I was billed twice i.e. 900 * 2 = 1800/-

The details of gridlines of the incidents are given below. Kindly do the needful.

Griddles:-

1. On 17-Feb-09, I tried an on line transaction @ Rs 900/- but msg shown me that due to some technical problem trns could not be completed.

2. Again I tried on 18-Feb-09 for same trns as above and it done successfully.

3. When I checked my balance, I found the Amount of Rs. 900/- has been deducted twice!!!

4. Then I started to follow up the same with Phone bankers and I was informed that it will be reversed back soon. But no action taken.

5. Even I lodged the complain against it but still no needful has been done apart from submission of the charge back format to at Civil Lines Branch, Allahabad.

Here I am attaching the statement of my A/c for you easiness. Request you please have a look into the matter and do the needful.
