My Airtel broad band number - 08041108601
I have applied for Airtel net connection. Airtel representative reached me and too k Rs 700 as first month bill after finishing the documentation procedure. one week later on 28 August another representative came from Airtel and completed the installation. He took Rs 1500 as a part of modem price. Still now (28 September) my broad band connection is not activated from Airtel. I have called Airtel and raised 4 tickets on this, all got closed with in a week with out resolving the issue.
first compliant was raised on 28 August and the same closed without resolving the issue after a week.(ticket number was 3106682)
Second compliant was also closed without resolving the issue after a week.(ticket number was 3874076)
Third compliant was raised by escalation manager on 19 September and the same closed without resolving the issue after a week. (ticket number was 4221092)
Forth compliant was also raised by escalation team manager (Vivek) on 26 September and the same ticket open status is on going today (28 Sep 2011)
Whenever I have received a message from Airtel confirming that my issue have been resolved I have called the customer care and asked them to reopen the ticket. But always neither the customer care executive nor the escalation manager were not ready to reopen the ticket but they raised a new ticket.By raising a new ticket the installation team gets an another week grace period to resolve the issue.
Please confirm whether there is a way to get back my money or to my connection fixed.
