I have purchased a mobile phone from HS18, supplied by blue dart parcel service. But in the inner box, seal has been already broken and there i found a damaged used hand set and no accessories regarding that set. I reported the same and they accepted the fault and agreed to issue a new one (Ref: No:905933633) But still there is no action taken from that end regarding this by that firm and the parcel center has not accepting to return the same because of no confirmation details available from HS18. So i have lost my money. Will i get justice?
