Sending wrong and defective product

DEAR Sir/Madam,

I had not received any refund amount from you till today.

THE FACT ARE AS BLOW-

1. On 3 Oct at 8.27 PM I had place a order (Order Number: 906433929) for Pigeon Non-Stick Concave Tawa 280mm

2. As per your demand SAME DAY/TIME I pay Rs 530 online by my credit/debit card

3. as per your term condition the order should be completed in 6-7 days

4. BUT After 7 days when I mail and Support ticket No 67204693 dated Oct 9 you initiate the order and send it by your partner courier FIRST FLIGHT Consignment no F11292241 dated 10 oct

5. On 15 oct i receive the above courier

6. But I WAS SHOCKED AFTER OPENING THE PACKET BECAUSE I had ordered Pigeon Nonstick CONCAVE TAWA 280mm but you shipped me pigeon Nonstick FLAT TAWA 280mm List prise of concave tava is 715 and list prise of Flat tawa is 695 are you cheating with costumer What will i do now I ALSO INFORM YOU THAT THE TAWA I RECEIVE IS DEFECTIVE meanBEND AT ONE SIDE (see support ticket No 67389075 dated 15 oct)

7.As per your instraction I pack the product in a travel worthy original packaging and place a paper in the box with my order number and complaint written on it. also affix the address label mentioning the order number and COURIER TO THE address- Shubham Enterprises, #297, 10th Main, 22nd Cross, 3rd Block Jayanagar (Opp to Cosmopolitan Club), Bangalore - 560011 BY YOUR LOVING COURIER FIRST FLIGHT

8. On 2 Nov You send the product to me by your Loving courier FIRST FLIGHT? LAST FLIGHT Consignment Number F11380226

9. But on 07-Nov the courier send back the courier to your vendor back due to Departure From Destination (RTO) - Non-Service Station??? While The Same Courier Receved By Me On 15 Oct And I Had Send Back The Product By Same Courier From My Town Then How Is This Called Non Service Station???

10. As per Support ticket 68040793 Refund&-gt;11-15 19:37:55.217&-gt;Cancelled for refund Marked, refund will deliver to cust with in 3 to 5 days.

EFFECIVE DATE -20/11 BUT TODAY IS 22/11 BUT I HAD NOT RECEIVE ANY AMOUNT

11.As per Support ticket 67649237 On RashiK&-gt;10-27 10:51:40.6&-gt;Dear Customer, Please note we have received courier slip and refund of courier freight would be send to you within 15-20 working days. Warm regards, HomeShop18 0120-4455918

EFFECIVE DATE -15/11 BUT TODAY IS 22/11 BUT I HAD NOT RECEIVE ANY AMOUNT

I SPENT 530 210=730 ON YOU BUT I NEVER GET ANY THING EXCEPT HARASSMENT AND CHEATING???

YOU HAD RETAIN MY ABOVE MONEY WITHOUT ANY REASON FOR 2 MONTH

WHAT IS THIS???

IS IT CHEATING WITH ME BY YOU AND YOU COURIER???

IT IS NOTICE TO YOU PLEASE REFUND MY ALL MONEY WITH INTEREST IN (3) THREE DAYS

OTHER VISE I WILL GO FOR LEGAL OPINION THAT WILL COST YOU
