I ordered 2 nos of quantity Shamrock Yoga Mat 6 Mm - With Cover (order no 912685897) on 25th May but I received only 1 quantity on 28th May. on same day i.e. on 28th May I open a ticket with home shop 18 with ticket number 72087261. since then I regularly follow up with customer care but I dont get any update or I will receive the product or not they are not confirming. Every time I call customer care I get the response that you have to wait for next 48 hrs. Its more than 15 days but no response from home shop 18. kindly help
