Mail account hacked

Dear Sir,

My hotmail id: [email protected], has been hacked and my password was locked during November i could reset the passwrod by answering the secret question. I would request you to please find the hacker and also from where it was hacked. Also i feel some mails were sent from my account to some mail ids. Please help me in this regard.
