Dear Team,
I ordered a bouquet online on indiatimes shopping which was suppose to be delivered on a particular date as it was a birthday wish bouquet and the despite the confirmation while placing order and continuously following up on customer care helpline the order was not completed on time.
The order number is 3001333967... and its still not delivered. can somebody please asist me as to what help i can get from consumer complaint.
