THE WORST WEBHOSTING COMPANY IN INDIA, WITHOUT ANY DOUBT.
They have a very careless and casual attitude toward their clients. The customer support is the worst.
I had many such encounters. Site will go down for long long hours without any information.
There will be continously some or other error, which the incompetent support staff is unable to handle, and do not wish to respond or
reply. there is no accountability regarding the resolution of tickets submitted.
I had few urgent issues regarding my hosting, and the errors till today since two months stand unresolved. I am really having a very
horrifying experience with them.
moreover for last 2 days the site is not responding and showing 'under construction.
I had submitted so many reminders and ticket without a single response from them.
not recommended at all. One should avoid any contact with such companies. They are only interested in sales and advertising, and
their support is a BIG ZERO.
