Broken piece of philips non coated dry iron GC 83 was received through from CITY TRADE LINKS on dated 26-Jul. when i opened the box I found that the iron was broken. the next day i loggged a complaint by phone to INDIA TIMES SHOPPING and CITY TRADE LINK, Yet there was no respond from them. please look into this matter and replace the broken piece which i have received as early as possible. I trust always on INDIA TIMES.
