Pathetic Technical Team and Zero accountability of management

Hi,

I logged a complaint for shifting my Airtel Broadband from Gurgaon to Delhi on 26/06 and the ticket number is 356548 (Landline number : 0124 4370249). I have been regularly folowing up since then, they also got all documents collected from me but since then I haven't heard back from them. Each time I call up Customer care they have a new excuse and a new date to give. I have called them atleast 20 times and have spoken to all senior people. The management has zero accountability and giving false promises to customers is way of their life. Once they told me that connection is not feasible but when I reverted back saying Airtel box is installed on wall of my house, they begun to give other excuses. I think MTNL is much better than AIrtel. I have experience similar problems with Airtel before as well.

I have written several mails to customer care as well, even worse is the next level of escalation mechanism (Nodal Office) does not work at all. My repeated mails to them have not yielded any response so far. I am planning to write a article in TOI for same, if anyone has any contacts in any other leading daily do let me know.
