My idea net-setter number is 8606105077.They are offering a speed0f 7.2 mb/S.But for the last 1 week I am not getting a speed of 7kb/S.My plan is a post paid plan which is 750 per month for that plan 3gb is download limit. After 3gb they offer a speed of 128 kb/S. I made the complaint in their outlet and customer care. I went the idea office at Haripad 3 times but they are simply wasting my time. The idea customer care din't response yet. A positive approach is humbly requested in this matter.
