I have activated a plan of 599 on 5th march as it is unlimiteden for 60 days but properly it worked till 10 march after that on 12th i logged a complaint but then also they didnt solve the problem and i gone to idea store they also telling solve off ur own on internet calling 198 but they r now cutting the phone and now telling the speed will be same do wat ever u want from customer cares nos so plz help me i m in need plzz and the modem is not giving speed till now it is giving 4-9kb speed of download and and not working properly they told it is unlimited and speed is 256kbps i have confirmed and then i have recharged so plz sir/madam plz solve my problem my modem no is 9594676625
