I paid online to renew my dialup account, the Payment confirmation no is : 1784047 on 12th Nov-09
Customer Reference No is: MPNB9110735604.
Even after 10 days of constant followup with customer care, no action taken. Only robotic response, we are working, we are sorry and so on. Finally my account expired on 21st Nov.
I have suffered business loss and all my customer emails are bouncing back.
Tata Indicom seems to have serious process failure... even after 10 days they couldnt renew one single dialup account. Payment already made...
Shame..Shame..Shame on such big name who claims to be leader in this.
I have learnt lesson that Dont trust on name TATA. Their can be more process failures.
