Dear sir,

i would like to draw your attention towards my problem. i havepurchade idea net setter no 9927960029. yet, till now the net setter not replaced due to not working properly ed. i have also talked for it on their customer care, but they themselves get confused over this issue. none have any knowledge on my matter. they told me wrete complint to idea web site want my money back as the idea net setter is not working properly. the warranty period is not over. what should i do if they do not replace it?..
