Idea net set (donggle)
Donggle is not working

Dear Sir,

Idea customer care called me several time on my mobile no. 8888899187 to buy Idea net setter with one plan. i go through with that and i gave the money through checq of HDFC nasik Road brance to Sai Raj communication. After giving the amount this donggle worked only one day and till date is not working. Now i start to call their customer care numbers to activat the same but till nothing happen. i submitted all the required document to them but till no solution. please help me.
