Frequently changing EDGE to GPRS net setter mode & speed is slow

Today 22.01.2010 I connected net setter at some 11.00 night & net setter is connected on EDGE mode but after some 11.45 night I seen it change over to GPRS mode. How it changes automatically & speed is very dlow when it connected to GPRS mode. Please check it fix it.

My net setter is connecting on GPRS mode, which is very slow around 53.6 Kbps, earlier it was connecting on EDGE mode & speed was around 236 Kbps.
