I am using a net setter device and facing issues with its speed from day 1. They have committed for 236 KBPS but never get more than 45-50 KBPS. I have complained many times on 4668 and every time it was resolved for a very short time period (for max 2-3 hours).
I am really frustrated with services. Also i tried email communication but every time they send an email like below:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for writing to us.
We have received your communication and will revert back to you shortly.
This is the worst internet service I have seen.
Please suggest what to do?
