Idea net setter
Net setter is not working

Hi,

The Idea Net Setter is not working still when i took it around 19/01 and till time is not working when i have requested to return the card and refund back my money they are receiving any call from me and telling me go to consumer court you cant do anything . from 3 week i am wasting my valuable time before them. So please do the needful. can you please tell me the procedure how i can i file request at consumer court.
