Idea net setter

I'm using Idea Net setter edge data card with unlimited plan since two months. But as the company promises, for the high speed of 236.8kbps, it's never reached beyond 41kbps however, I was quite satisfied with that speed. But for the last couple of days it's only reaching 10.0kbps. My net setter no. is 7698093758 and I'm here in Gujarat. Please help.
