Delay in new connection due to false commitment of Airtel Person

Dear Sir,

I applied for new connection on 15/11 by Mr. Neeraj who is working in Gurgaon

Address - Plot No-4,

Udyog Vihar Ph-1,

Near Kapashera Border

Gurgaon Haryana

He commited me to start my new connection till 2 o'clock on 16/11. But he makes false Promise or commitment with me and treaded as in very irresponsible manner. I called him up so many times but he didn't pick my phone call and reply my phone call. I tried him on 17/11 also but he didn't pick my phone call the whole day. My job timmings are 4-12 daily as HR Recruiter for US based MNC. My nature of work is calling in US from my home and coordinate with my team placed at US. I were absent at my Job Continually two working days (16th Nov and 17th Nov). I applied this connection for better performance and better service. But as a customer my experience is the begginig of business relation with Airtel is not good just due to the dealer like Mr. Neeraj.

I just know about him is his name and his working office in gurgaon nothing else. If any higher authority of AIrtel broadband customer care is reading this complaint. Please find that dealer and take some action against him so that he can not try to do such irresponsible behaviour with any other customer.
