I, Dr. Harsh Merchant have been using internet services from In2cable.

The company collects advance fees for internet services and does not provide the services.

Since the past 8 months my internt has not been working frequently. Once it was not working for 45 days, once for 20 days and now since the past 10 days it has not been working for the last 10 days. Tjis is causing severe inconvenience to my work and patients.

Repeated calls and complaints to the company have been of no use.

They keep giving some or the other silly excuse.

This company should be taken to task and the consumer should be compensated.
