Our Indaen distributor stipulates minimum 23 days for booking from the date of previous delivery & another 20 days for delivery from the date of booking. Near about 45 days is taken to deliver another refill.
No family can manage with single cylinder for 45 days. They are forced to starve just because they are the consumers of Indane Gas.
I wanted to make a complaint. But, to my surprise I found toooooooo many people, (the sytem says already 1986 complaints are there) from different part of India have complainted about this but the company is passive. It is very strange. I think this can happen only in India where consumers are taken into task by Public sector companies.
