Account cancelled without warning

My account in tagged has been cancelled suddenly, they sent me mail YOU TAGGED ACCOUNT HAS BEEN TERMINATED BECAUSE OF YOU SENDING ONE PIC, THATS VIOLATION OF TAGGED.

well if thats the case than they must have given me warning

how can they terminate account suddenly like this?

and there are millions in tagged sending porn videos etc. much worse than what i sent? they all are there happily, i just sent one pic that was already in someones comment,

if thats allowed than why did i became the victim?

and when i tried to post complaint to www.tagged.com they rejected my email?

this is not fair, i have many pics of mine there that i need badly,

i want to start that account as it was, how to do it? pls help me
