I booked an order no. TELESALES/0EA09000 in the month of July for purchase of one Reebok track suit, shoe, bag and a towel and paid Rs. 3199/= online through credit card.

I have not received my kit till date ie. 02-01. I have reminded ITB club no of times but they always give false assurances.
