I run business of personal loans by subscribing leads from different websites and search engines. But I want to tell PERSONAL LOAN DSA COMMUNITY that Indianmoney.com is running lead scam.
The quality of leads is extremely poor. They will send you leads of people working in non listed companies and self employed without ITRs. You will not be able to recover even your phone costs with such leads.
I was promised leads of income above 4lacs.. Not even single lead was according to the criteria.
Transfer back option is a trap and they will not replace the irrelevant lead saying customer is interested and we should meet him. As per Indianmoney.com, you should spend time on even ineligible customers. This way you will be forced to bear their ineligible leads.
Indianmoney.com will not refund money even if you allow them to deduct money for leads that they already send you.
Managers are highly irresponsible and will not attend to your calls once they know that we will complain. Customer care will not bother to respond unless you report to their CEO Sudheer.
