I am having Tata Indicom WiMax connection with userid ([email protected]) from Gurgaon, Haryana. I am posting this complain that I have experienced very pathetic and disgusting services from Tata Indicom. It has been more than 2 months since internet connection installed at my home after paying 4 months advance. I have not been able to use Internet even for 2 days due to constant unavailability of internet connection.

I am residing in a 12 floor building and my flat locates at 10th floor. The dish for internet was installed at 1st floor at discretion of the person residing at 1st floor which is neither under my control nor under Tata communications. I am facing unplugged cable from Dish due to which I m helpless in using Internet.

It has been more than 15 days while registering my complaint but till date I have not received any resolution. I want to disconnect with the services and demanding refund of my money which I paid as 4 months advance.
