NOT GIVING A SERVICE OF INTERNET AFTER PAYING THE CHARGE OF INTERNET

My name is Rajiv Ranjan Gupta. My Airtel Mobile Number is 9973708759. I recharged the GPRS pack of Rs-26 /- at 10 AM date-19/05.But after 10 hours it is not activated. The customer care number is also not connected. i don't talk with customer care authority.
