On 9th Sep, i ordered 4 books from www.indiaplaza.in. After i made the order, noticed that a book qty was wrongly updated. Instead of 1, it was 2. So to prevent wrong order, i immediately opened a ticket stating that i wrongly ordered the same book twice. Hence i requested them to send me other book which has same cost.

After raising the ticket, it was stated that the problem would be rectified in 1 working day (i.e by 10th sep). Next day i checked, but the ticket was not closed. So i immediately called their customer care number. I was put on hold for 20 min, i finally i spoke with a person and he promised me to cancel that book and send other book.

Next day i checked the ticket, the problem was not solved. So i again called the customer care. Again i was put on hold for 20 min. Finally a person promised me to cancel the order immediately.

After 2 days, today i got the books. To my horror, i got two copies of the same book. I called the customer care immediately. Again 20 minutes delay and a person mentioned that they raised the issue with concerned department, But they didn't take any action. Such an irresponsible answer he gave. Now i end up with the 2 copies of the same book.

Few years back indiaplaza website is very good and they are very communicative. Nowadays they are making lots of mistakes. It is better to avoid this website for online purchases.

I just noticed, still my ticket is open. Nobody is cared to rectify the issue.
