I had ordered a PSP at www.indiaplaza.in on 10.4.2010 which was confirmed after online credit card payment. the product is yet to reach me in spite of their having shipped it on 22.4. 12 days after the order. during the initial delay i'd asked their customer care no (080-40617000) to cancel the order but they kept doing delaying tactics.
