Two issues, one is unable to book tatkal tkts through & tatkal tkts got cancelled without my knowledge

Dear Sir/Madam,

For your kind information, I have booked the tkts in tatkal quota and I never cancelled the tkts. when I tried to take printout of the tkts only I came to know that the tkts have been cancelled. There a loss of Rs.1190/- for me. for that reason I have been sending you this mail. If you want you may please check I have booked the tkts again in tatkal quota with transaction ID 018809310 & 0188010279 for the journey commencing on the same day for the same person. I got the refund of Rs.248/- but the money I spent to book the tkts is Rs.719 719=1436/-

once again I am telling you I didn't cancel the tkts... pls find out what happend and how it has happend.

I have been booking tkts since you started e-tickets. This is my worst experience. Please check from your end. It is mystry for me.

Hope you'll take some action in this matter.
