Spy Camera not working and no way of contacting Indiatimes to lodge a complaint

I purchased a 8GB Pen Drive Camera from IndiaTimes vide order no: 111834217

for Rs.1399. I received a faulty product which was not working. I contacted the company which had couriered it, they asked me to send it to them saying they would replace teh same. I spent on courier charges to courier it to them and after that I never received a replacement.

IndiaTimes Customer service email returns emails `undelivered'. The Customer Service Officer's email ID is faulty. There IS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THE SITE.

I hence lost money. DO NOT SHOP ON INDIATIMES.
