Order number 112195946 placed through INDIATIMES.com/shopping was under the category of EXPRESS GIFTS and was supposed to be delievered within 24 hrs of placing the order.

The order was placed on 8th Feb and was scheduled for 9 Feb.

As on 11 Feb the order was awaiting despatch.

The concerned vendor ALL INDIA FLORISTS did not respond to the request. Also Indiatimes did not hold itself responsible or help in any way.

The concerned person in charge from ALL INDIA FLORISTS Mr. Chandan Roy (contact number:9831830738) was rude and refused the delivery of product.

The website INDIATIMES.com/shopping 's Customer Care executive promised a money back if the shipment was not delivered by 10th FEB.
