No access to Indiatimes mail
Are we gonna be able to ever access the emails. Its an extremely unpredictable behavior to take the email server offline by Indiatimes with no prior intimation or estimated time of resolution.

Although it is a free service, Indiatimes earns a lot of revenue through the email banners and through advertisements. Don't you think it is a mutual responsibility to at least keep the users informed?
