I have placed and order # 112348728 on May 10 and choose preferred delivery date May 12. Till May 13 no order has been shipped. Then on May 13 I did complaint for the same and preferred to cancel the order and I got a cancellation #260797 as well and has been confirmed that money will refund within max 6 days. After 6 days on May 19 I checked the online status of my order and it is showing me shipped even no order has been received by me. Then I called upon customer care again, then the person (Mr. Vivek) told me that due to some technical issues I am not able to see your shipping details, so please call me after 30 minutes, so that I can be able to tell you the exact status of your order. My concern is, if their system is not working correctly then how can they put status as shipped on May 17? Secondly, when I tried to log a complaint through the customer care email ID ([email protected]) provided by Indiatimes, the mail has not been send as well. It seems everything is cheat on Shopping Indiatimes.com. I want to know if anything can happens positively in my case.
