I HAD BOOKED VALENTINES GIFT ON FEB 7TH, WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED ON THE PROMISED DATE OR THE DAY AFTER THAT, HENCE I GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE TO CANCEL MY ORDER & REFUND MY PAYMENT. BUT TODAY IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH BUT STILL NO REFUND HAS BEEN DONE & NOBODY IS RESPONDING WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE. PLEASE HELP ME OUT & GET MY REFUND.
