I purchased a rotimaker from india times shopping on line- on 15th march product was substandard, unusable and unsafe causing burns on the fingers due to improper insulation I asked for return of product on 17th march but inspite of numerous reminders by mail and by phone, this has not been done YET.Usual answer is it will take 2-3 working days more!! now it is OVER A MONTH and no action has been taken,
If this is how they deal wiith returning a product, I think I should kiss the idea of any REFUND goodbye!!
I have seen many such complaints -maybe it is time to get indiatimes online shopping banned-I will support ant such move.
