Money not Refunded

I placed two order for an movie on Jan 18 and Jan 15.. The order no. are 112815338 and 112810345. I paid Rs.1000 for both the order, through the Punjab National Debit Card. After then, my both the orders was cancelled. In my indiatimes account the order status was being shown "Cancelled, sent for refund.

I thought it is fine, they will refund the money back. After four days I saw that in my indiatimes account order status was set to "Refunded"But in my account the amount wasn't still being reflected.

Then I called Customer Care to enquiry. A lady told me that the money was refunded on the 3rd itself and if it is not showing up on the account then give the reference number to bank I did the same. But it is more than 1 month and I didn't get any response for them. What should I do???
