I have placed an online order (Order No. 3001184621) for Samsung mobile at Indiatimes Shopping on 11th June and made the payment for the same right then by my Debit Card (Indian Bank). The order was cancelled by the company on 19th of June due to non availability of the ordered product. Since then I am complaining them regarding my refund and they are just giving me further dates for the resolution of the problem. I am a student, so due to non refunding of my amount of Rs. 4270 I am facing difficulties. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.
