I had ordered the undermentioned item on 28 mar.. the item has not been received till date. i have rung up their office in chennai a number of times and everytime they say that they will check up. the email i sent to indiavartha.com shows delivery failure. this is a case of cheating the customer. the details of the order is given below:-.
