I have purchased 4 products from Indiatimes shopping.com on 12th Jan and paid through credit card online.
My order number is 30000053427 and amount paid is Rs. 1646.
I have not received any product as per service agreement of 7 days so lodged a call to Indiatimes.shopping.com and they provided me complaint number 93769. However since then following with Indiatimes call centre and they are providing me fake Airway Bill Number which is not traceable.
SInce 7 days I have not received products as well as AWB number is still non traceable and I am not getting firm response/ refund from indiatimes shopping.com call centre. Not even getting reply to there customer care mail address.
Kindly help me and would like to request you to make penalty to indiatimes.shopping.com
